DUTCH DOORS
Dutch Door System is built tough to last. The full door panel perimeter galvanized 16 gauge steel frame is formed in one piece, then powder coated painted. The full perimeter eliminates unsightly miter corners, increases strength of the door panel and helps resist warp. The door panels, with matching crossbucks, can be assembled over matching or contrasting 29 gauge steel covered commercial grade OSB core. The door hinges are designed to be extra strong and horse safe. All hinges are “E” coated for corrosion resistance then powder coated to match the door.

HORSE STALLS AND ACCESSORIES
A horse stall is a perfect addition to your horse barn. Our horse stalls are built with rugged, heavy gauge, and galvanized steel components guard against rust and corrosion, while helping to stop the problem of cribbing, chewing and splintering. All wood corners are covered with steel U-channel leaving only flat wood services exposed. Typically, a horse stall will be 12′ x 12′, a foiling stall will be 12′ x 16′ and a tack/feed room will be 6′ x 12′. Accessorize with feeders, waterers, and wash bayes are also available. Standard colors are: Black, Black Fine Texture, Patrician Bronze, Hunter Green, Slate Grey, Light Grey, Bone White, Sandstone, Camel, Mojave Brown, Wheat Tan, Brick Red. *Custom colors available to match your building for additional charge.

Interior room, typical size 10’x10′, 12’x12′.

SKYLIGHTS
Skylights are a great addition and are offer a high light transmission, strength, and wide service temperature range. Impact Resistant – Virtually unbreakable. Allowing up to 90% light transmission. Long term weather and UV resistant. Wide service temperature. Resistant to a wide range of chemicals. Meets fire rating requirements. Warranty against yellowing, loss of light transmission, and damage due to hail. Available in lengths of 3′ or 6′ and longer depending on the size of the building. Colors are clear or white. Can either be installed in the roof of the building or the sidewall.
POST PROTECTORS
Post Protectors come with a Lifetime Warranty. They are environmentally safe. They eliminate any moisture from ground contact from bottom of pole to the top. Highly reduces any problems with insects. They are designed to allow the posts to breathe continuously.
WAINSCOT
Wainscot is an attractive finish with minimal addtional cost. Wainscot is typically the lower 3′ to 4′ section of wall metal.

Frame-Outs for Overhead / Roll-Up Doors
Typical width; 8′, 10′, 12′, 14′ or 16′.
Openings are framed and trimmed for an overhead door.
Angled corners are optional.
Note:
Height is limited by the clearance needed for the door track – typical clearance is 2′, therefore the door height is 2′ lower than the wall height.
If you are pouring a concrete slab you must allow for the thickness of the concrete under the door.
Check with your door supplier to verify the rough opening size and required clearance.

STURDI-WALL BRACKETS
Sturdi-Wall brackets are a heavy duty anchor system designed to connect post frame structures to traditional concrete foundations such as: monolithic slabs, formed walls, and existing concrete pads.
There are two types of Sturdi-Wall brackets. When drill setting is preferred, the standard Sturdi-Wall is used. When setting into wet concrete, the Sturdi-Wall Plus is used.
